The Pantry is Moving on up!
We are thrilled to announce that the Food Pantry has been granted permission to move into a new, larger space in Northborough! With the new space, we will have the opportunity to serve even more clients in a welcoming environment, and have the storage we need to serve our growing community. The move will not take place until April 2015, so be on the lookout for details.
Sunday Afternoon Student Help Program
We are three months in to a brand new program centered around our Junior Volunteers! SASH (Sunday Afternoon Student Help) brings together our student volunteers the 3rd Sunday of each month from 3-5PM to tackle behind the scenes tasks that keep the pantry running smoothly. SASH activities include organizing, stocking, and sorting donated items, as well as light cleaning.
High school age students are encouraged to submit an online application to be a Junior Volunteer. Participating Junior Volunteers then have access to an online account to record their own community service hours.
